Gessica Sakamoto Martini  is a writer of speculative and literary fiction and poetry. Her writing has appeared in HAD, Hex Literary, Unbroken Journal, Crab Apple Literary, Red Ogre Review, Gone Lawn, FlashFlood (National Flash Fiction Day), Shoreline of Infinity, Size The Press Magazine, Corvid Queen, Crow & Cross Keys, and others.

She holds a PhD in Anthropology from Durham University (UK), and is a Fiction Editor at Orion’s Belt magazine, a journal of literary science fiction and fantasy.
